Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Limited-edition and made-to-order pieces may require additional lead time, which is noted on each product page.
Shipping Times & Costs
Complimentary worldwide express shipping is included on every order.

Transit times begin once the order has been dispatched and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves the atelier. You can also follow the journey at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the rare event a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact concierge@auron.house. Every shipment is fully insured, and we will resolve the matter to your full satisfaction.
