Every AURON piece is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a piece doesn't feel right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Window
You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, dust bags, and tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Write to concierge@auron.house with your order number and a brief note. We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at the atelier (typically within 3 business days of arrival), your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank settlement usually takes a further 3 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange any piece for a different variant or product of equal value. Contact concierge to arrange — we'll dispatch the new piece the moment the original is in transit back.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following are not eligible for return: personalised or engraved pieces, items marked final sale, and items returned outside the 30-day window or in non-resalable condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact concierge within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and a replacement at no cost to you.
